A: Yes, we support mixed specifications as long as the total quantity meets our production requirements.
Q1: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, we provide free stock samples for quality checking. For customized samples with your artwork, there will be a sampling fee which is refundable upon bulk order.
Q2: What design formats do you accept for artwork?
A: We prefer high-resolution AI, PDF, or CDR files with outlined fonts.
Q1: What is the average lead time?
A: For standard products, it’s 15-20 days. For complex customized projects, it usually takes 30-35 days after artwork approval.
